The very first, USAPA Certified Pickleball Paddle, with the certification logo on the paddle. We’re a unique pickleball company that is part of the Composite Recycling Technology Center (CRTC) located in Port Angeles, Washington, USA. We are focused on using science to create products that repurpose the almost 50 million pounds of carbon fiber scrap that currently goes into landfills globally each year. We care deeply about our environment and sustainability, and we also love the game of pickleball! We have created a quiet, light and strong paddle that you and your community will enjoy!
At Aero Paddles, we are composites specialists. We manufacture all of our composite panels ourselves, utilizing the latest in CNC manufacturing techniques, so we’re able to closely control all aspects of our manufacturing process. This results in a high quality paddle with a large, consistent sweet spot.
Our Ultra-Silent EcoCore™ is at the heart of Aero Paddles’ performance system. We utilize a proprietary technology to take FSC Certified, sustainably harvested wood and maximize the unique sound dampening chambers to provide a very quiet paddle that also has great touch and feel, with significantly less vibration.
Aero Paddles - Swift Paddle
The Swift paddle is made in the United States from recycled aerospace-grade carbon fiber scraps (rCF). These scraps are pre-impregnated with aerospace-grade epoxy resin, which has strength and impact properties that are far superior to the polyester resins used by many paddle manufacturers. The rCF was originally intended for the manufacture of jet aircraft. This space age material is stronger than steel at one-third of the weight. This results in our Swift paddle being very strong and light for fast responsiveness, with great control and feel.
